Pleasantville Lofts is a newly constructed mixed-use development including 79 residential units and 8 units designated as affordable. Located at 70 Memorial Plaza, the development will be ready for occupancy in late Spring 2024. The 8 affordable rental units are available by lottery to households at or below 80% of Westchester County’s Area Median Income adjusted by household size. The Pleasantville Lofts affordable units include one studio, five one-bedroom, and two two-bedroom units. Utilities are not included in the rent.

Building amenities include doorman, workspace rooms, library lounge, outdoor lounge space, fire-pit, pickle ball court, and self-storage. There is also a roof-top deck with outdoor kitchen, lounge, and dining space.

Pleasantville Lofts are located in the downtown of Pleasantville and are walkable to the Pleasantville train station which is served by the Harlem line of the Metro-North Railroad. It also offers easy access to the Saw Mill River Parkway, a major north-south roadway with junctions to the Sprain Brook, I-684 and I-84 as well as Route 9A and the Taconic Parkway. The Village is also served by the County Bee-Line bus system.

The Village of Pleasantville in located in central Westchester County approximately 30 miles from Grand Central Station. Situated in the Town of Mount Pleasant, Pleasantville is bound by the Town of New Castle to the North and the unincorporated areas of the Town of Mount Pleasant to the East, West, and South.

Pleasantville has retail shopping and restaurants in the downtown and on Manville Road and Bedford Road. It has several Village parks and green spaces including Nannahagan Park, a 24-acre park with a pond, playground, and outdoor pool. The Jacob Burns Theater is a landmark destination for cinema. The Pleasantville Farmers Market is a popular institution that is the largest year-round farmers market in Westchester. Pleasantville is also home to the Main Library of the Mount Pleasant Public Library and the Westchester Table Tennis Center.

Pleasantville hosts the 200-acre Westchester campus of Pace University with an enrollment of 3,592. The Jacob Burns Media Center and Gordon Parks Foundation Gallery provide educational and artistic events and classes in the Village. Pleasantville also holds the Pleasantville Music Festival an all-day music festival held every Summer.
